Summer Time!

Memorial Day has passed, meaning summer is officially here! Summer in St. Louis has so much to offer, and we’re excited to share the highlights of LaDeDa’s entertainment-filled summer with you.

St. Louis’s favorite party band “Dirty Muggs” will return on July 4 to Fair St. Louis, the city’s premier Fourth of July celebration in Forest Park. The Muggs’ high-energy performances and impressive choreography bring everyone to the dance floor, and this show on the Budweiser Main Stage on Art Hill will be no exception. The dance band will open for George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, the Grammy-winning R&B revolutionary, and hip hop artist Flo Rida. Come early to snag a front row seat for the Muggs, and stay for the grand firework show over the Grand Basin to celebrate Independence Day in style.

Another must-see St. Louis event comes up later on the summer calendar — the St. Louis World’s Fare Heritage Festival. Overtaking the World’s Fair Pavilion for the weekend of August 19-21, this free event will wow St. Louisans with an artists village, blues, rock and jazz artists, historic displays and plenty of activities for the kids on Kids’ Island. Top it off with two dining stops, one a first-class culinary experience and the other a patchwork of the city’s best food trucks, and a nostalgic Ferris wheel and you’ve got one summer festival you won’t want to miss.

Have a summer event vision of your own? Bring that reality to life with LaDeDa’s expertise! Transform your pool party into a lively luau with Jimmy Buffett jams, and bring your Labor Day BBQ to the next level with professionally coordinated catering and entertainers from magicians to balloon artists for the kids. For larger scale entertainment at casinos and country clubs, LaDeDa will connect you with the best acts in town, from the funkiest rock bands to the smoothest hip hop groups. Whatever your entertainment dreams, LaDeDa wants to work alongside you and make your summer events truly unforgettable.
